Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following details:
- Your order number
- SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange
- Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect
In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Incorrect order:
If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose refund, we will refund the original product price.
- Unwanted item:
If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a return and get a partial refund of the product cost.
Note: Please use registered mails with online delivery tracking number for returns.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, earrings and body piercings
- Health and personal care items
- Sanitary goods
- Final sale items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 1 week.
